About the company

The company has been in the same business for more than 20 years. The beginnings date back to 1986 and what then was Ključavničarstvo Zupanc Srečko s.p. The company now specialises in welding black, stainless and other non-ferrous (Al, Cu) sheet metals, which is evidenced by 12 approved welding procedures (WPAR), regularly certified welders and procedures, the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, acquired in 2003, and project management of our products and services.

Our main product range consists of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, cisterns/reservoirs and machines and machine parts. In addition to manufacture, the company also performs design and development, technical consultancy, maintenance/overhauling works and assembly of our own products. Today, the company has a wide variety of certificates acquired, standards and powerful production, backed by its own know-how and development, as well as usable CAD equipment. We have a PDCA (plan–do–check–act) cycle system in place to ensure that the product is well-made the very first time, resulting in quality products and services, as well as satisfied users.
With such know-how and documentation, our company can agree with the client on his user requirements so that we can find the best solutions together before the manufacture itself begins.

CERTIFICATES

In the past years, our company has made major investments in development and quality, which is also reflected by the certificates acquired. In 2003, ZUVAR d.o.o. obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of Quality. We have obtained a certificate from the European Welding Federation (EWF) for performing welding works pursuant to SIST EN ISO 3834-3 ranging from MIG/MAG, EO, EPP and PULSE for stainless and black materials. Welding inspection is ensured by VT-Level 1+2 certificates for visual inspection of welds pursuant to DIN 473:2000. The CE-PED-B+E-ZUV and CE-PED-H1-ZUV certificates prove that all pressure equipment manufactured at our company complies with European Directive PED 97/23/EC Module H1, the most demanding module on pressure vessels.
